We know your jewelry purchase is an investment and we want you to love your new piece. We offer store credit & exchanges for unworn pieces within 10 days of your delivery.
Items, including packaging, should be returned in original selling condition along with proof of purchase. Merchandise condition is subject to our assessment. Customer is responsible for all related shipping costs for returns and exchanges. No refunds.

To initiate an exchange, write to us at email@example.com stating the reason for the return and any additional information you would like to share. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package and issue you a gift card for the original purchase amount. If you know which piece you would like to exchange it for we can do so at this time. If original purchase amount is less than the exchange items amount, we will issue you a gift card with remaining balance to use at a later date. Gift cards do not expire.
