Refund Policy

We know your jewelry purchase is an investment, and we want you to love your piece.

As each item is made to order, only in-stock pieces are eligible for return or exchange. Eligible items must be unworn and returned within 10 days of delivery, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. All returns are subject to our assessment.

All made-to-order, custom, or customized pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Pieces from the Vintage and Unique Finds collection are also final sale.

To initiate a return or exchange for an in-stock purchase, please email contactus@monpilar.com with your order details. If approved, we will provide a shipping label along with return instructions and issue store credit for the original purchase amount. If you have a specific exchange in mind, we are happy to assist. Any remaining balance will be issued as a gift card, which does not expire.
